We are owner-operators committed to providing unique, quality food products and experiences to West Allis residents and visitors. We are invested in the neighborhoods where our establishments are located and are a part of the West Allis community at large.

We come together to host events in the city of West Allis that promote our businesses and establish West Allis as a regional dining destination. One such event is Dine and Dash, held in May of each year, which invites teams of hungry competitors to “dash” from restaurant to restaurant tasting innovative and delicious creations. In 2017, over 250 people participated in this event. In winter 2017, the West Allis Cheese and Sausage Shoppe hosted the city’s first Christkindl Markt, a European-style Christmas market held outdoors at the West Allis Farmers Market. Our members attended along with craftsmen and specialty food vendors from neighboring communities. Thousands of visitors attended this two-day event, and many vendors reported their highest same-day sales of the year during this period. We recently created a gift-card tin which is awarded via a drawing to new West Allis homeowners to encourage them to eat and shop locally.
